Mary Grace White
Mary Grace White is an associate at Lax & Neville LLP, with a practice primarily in securities and corporate disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the American Arbitration Association, and state and federal courts. A significant portion of her practice includes bankruptcy clawback actions, many involving victims of the notorious Bernard L. Madoff Securities Ponzi scheme.
Mary Grace also has experience in general commercial litigation, international arbitration, and cross-border dispute resolution. Prior to joining the firm, Mary Grace clerked in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Northern District of Mississippi.
Mary Grace graduated from New York University School of Law, where she participated in the Vis International Arbitration Moot Competition and co-founded the NYU International Mediation Moot Team.
