Jonathan L. Hall

Jonathan Hall is an associate at Lax, Neville & Intelisano, LLP, where his practice focuses on securities arbitration and litigation. He represents clients in complex disputes involving brokerage firms, investment advisors, and other financial institutions, as well as matters relating to employment, corporate governance and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan gained experience in securities litigation, developing a strong foundation in handling complex, high-stakes financial disputes.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2023, with a concentration in Business Law. He was selected as a Business Law Fellow and focused his studies on tax law, corporate transactions, and regulatory compliance.

He received his B.A. in Politics and B.A. in English from the University of Virginia in 2020. He also earned a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
