Barak Bacharach is a legal clerk at Lax & Neville LLP pending admission to the New York Bar, when he will become an associate. He assists attorneys in research and drafting matters relating to securities, employment, and corporate disputes before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), and state and federal courts.
Barak is a graduate of Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Science and Technology Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. During law school Barak interned for Magistrate Judge Steven L. Tiscione of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and served as a research assistant to Professor Abraham Wagner, an expert in national security and information privacy law. He additionally has experience litigating and prosecuting intellectual property matters.
